World first chemical free babywipes launches in Australia

The truly unique and world’s first chemical free baby wipe is launching in Australia this spring. Considered the world’s purest baby wipe, WaterWipes are made from 99.9% purified water with 0.1% grapefruit seed extract and nothing else - specifically created to care for newborn babies’ delicate skin.

After years of detailed product testing and research, Ireland manufacturers Irish Breeze and Australasian distributers Marketing Brokers are introducing the highly successful WaterWipes to the Australian market.

“Safe to use from birth, this product is made without any of the usual synthetic preservatives or chemical additives found in all other baby wipes,” says Marketing Brokers Managing Director, David Morpeth.

As recommended by midwives, WaterWipes follow the universally recognised and trusted formula of using cotton and cooled boiled water, but with the convenience of conventional baby wipes. The combination of 99.9% purified water and 0.1% grapefruit seed extract is pH neutral, non-toxic, anti-bacterial, hypoallergenic, fragrance free and eco-friendly.

Suitable for babies of all ages, particularly those with sensitive skin,
WaterWipes are extra soft and absorbent and WaterWipes are the only baby wipes in the world to be approved by Allergy UK.

“The tiny amount of grapefruit seed extract acts as a gentle, natural skin conditioner, stabiliser and natural anti-bacterial agent. WaterWipes helps prevent nappy rash and does not contain the plethora of chemical ingredients other baby wipes contain,” says David.

WaterWipes are available nationwide at selected Coles stores for $6.99 RRP.
